Shipping:

All items (swimwear, beach cover-up, etc.) are MADE TO ORDER here at Custom Swimwear, after it has been produced, it will ship out.  Standard time for processing is 1-2 days, production and shipping takes 10 days or less, please allow that time when ordering. 

 

Swimwear is FINAL SALE.

 

If you order an extender or an item by another brand, it can ship as fast as 1-2 days.

 

If you need a suit or any other item faster, please call the store to expedite your order at (248)439-2323. 

Custom Swimwear Policy

All swimwear purchases are final. However, we’re happy to assist with minor alterations to ensure the best fit. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to accommodate one round of adjustments.  
 
At Bravo swimwear, we are committed to providing beautifully crafted custom swimwear that is designed to fit you perfectly. We understand that each body is unique, and we take pride in making sure your swimwear reflects your personal style and comfort. Whether you're a returning customer or new to us, our goal is to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
 
For Returning Customers:
As you may know, we purchased the custom swimwear business in May of 2024, and while we have access to all your previous patterns and files, we’ve learned that some adjustments made after the initial fitting may not have been fully documented. We want to ensure that any modifications or tweaks you’ve had in the past are accounted for, so your swimwear fits exactly as you want it to.

To avoid any discrepancies and guarantee the best possible fit, we highly recommend booking a fitting appointment. This will allow you to show us your current swimwear, discuss any fit tweaks you’ve experienced, and work closely with one of our skilled Swimwear Stylists to ensure every detail is captured. Our goal is to make sure you’re thrilled with your custom swimwear, and this additional step will help us provide the exact fit and adjustments you need.

Customer Responsibility:
We take great care in crafting each piece to your specifications, but we also ask for your input in helping us get it right. If there are any specific adjustments that were made previously, please share those details with us so we can make sure they are reflected in your new order. Working together, we can create the swimwear that fits your body and your vision perfectly.

When paying by cash, a Company Check will be issued within 14 days of the return. Swimwear is not eligible for exchange or return, regardless of whether it was purchased in-store or online.

 You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Items returned that do not meet the above criteria, will be returned to the customer at their expense.

 

Government health regulations prevent us from taking back swimsuits that have been used.

 

We are a custom swimwear shop and have a team of seamstresses here Mon-Friday. If you need something longer, shorter, larger cup, or any other adjustments, we can alter the item you purchased or we can make a custom pattern just for you.

SPECIAL ORDERS

 

We go to great efforts to ensure our inventory is well stocked; there are times when we are out of a size or color. We offer a special order option where you may order any size/color available at no additional cost. Please note: Special Orders are ALWAYS: Pre-paid, FINAL SALE, and will approximately take 2-6 weeks for arrival.

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
